My iphone date & time setting is set to "set automatically" I use Office 365 and my phone is an iphone 7 with iOS 12.1.2. I've searched thru all known settings on both my phone and outlook and all of my time zones appear to be set to the correct New York-EST. Again, this only occurs with events generated by a website and accepted by me. Except for the fact that the calendar doesnt synch with my mobile, neither with the calendar I may use through the Outlook 365 web client.
